“I Feel pretty, So Pretty…” bounced out on August 30th, 2004.  I’ve decided that powder puff games are high schools’ way of letting boys experiment with cross-dressing.  The individual in that picture was on his way to cheer at a powder puff game.  To the best of my knowledge he decided make-up wasn’t for him.
