New strips are back after a two-week hiatus! (I was teaching at a debate camp down in Waco, TX, and couldn’t find an internet connection that would let me upload content. Tragic, I know.)

The comic! Hillbillies and rednecks. I love ‘em. It takes a special kind of fool to declare his love for his lady-friend with a bucket of paint and an overpass or a water tower. I am torn between respecting the dedication required to emblazon high-enough-to-induce-vertigo altitude structures, and fearing for the future of a nation replete with humans convinced nothing says, “I love you Sugar Lips!” like 12 ounces of red Krylon emptied onto a cement tower. But maybe I’m just being a stick in the mud.
