When I took my camera out, I was aiming to get a picture of the bomb squad going into the Holiday Inn the BLS put two out of the three Dallas trainees up in. (I stayed in the Hotel George. The Hotel George did not evacuate for five hours to check for a bomb. The other two were upset that they were not in the Hotel George too.) Sidetrack! I went to take a picture of the bomb squad and some D.C. jerk blew through the red light getting in the way of my shot, and THEN, instead of fleeing the scene of the crime, the guy stopped his car to get a look at the bomb squad for himself! If only one of those Segway patrol cops had been around to ticket the guy.
